If you see something on our site that you want and it has a button that says "add to cart", we should have that item in stock and you can purchase it right away! We're sticklers for prompt shipping, and it never takes too long to recieve our packages - but if time is an issue (ie: Birthdays or holidays) don't hesitate to call or email us first to make sure we're aware of your concern.

Our online checkout system is easy and secure through paypal. Even if you aren't a registered paypal user, we can accept credit card payments through them. Your privacy is our number one concern, and we will never give your information to any outside parties.

If you are interested in buying more than one item, please email us or call first so we can set it up without overcharging you for shipping. If you're just so darn excited that you want to pay right away, go ahead and we'll gladly refund the extra shipping amount.

We don't have order forms yet, but if you see anything you like just drop us an email saying what item it is, color preferences, size, and any other relevant information. If you have an interesting idea that you'd like to see us try, never hesitate to ask.

For custom orders totaling more than $100, we normally ask for a deposit. Contact us and we'll work something out.

For the fastest service and shipping, pay us with a credit card or bank account through Paypal. We also accept money orders or cashiers checks made out to Linnea Rochester. Sorry, no personal checks - they take too long to clear through our bank. If we have already communicated and agreed upon a price for your custom order, you can pay or put down your deposit by clicking on the link below. Unfortunately, this button doesn't work in conjunction with our shopping cart. So if you're also ordering from elsewhere on the site, you have to either make separate payments or add it up yourself and specify in the "custom payment" the specific items you want. By default, we ship all glass using USPS Priority 2-3 day mail. When buying multiple pieces, only one shipping fee is necessary for up to one pound. Sometimes our shopping cart system is overly complicated, but if we are overpaid for shipping we will gladly refund the amount overpaid.
